Water for a shark cake
I am making a shark cake where it looks like the shark is emerging from the water. What can I use to make the water around the shark ? It needs to be a bit foamy

I'm not sure whether it'd look right or just look a bit weird but how about the bubbly centre of a white chocolate Aero? Crumble it up and put it around the shark. In my head it kind of looks bubbly and foamy but it might just look crap in real life!
![]() If it could be something that could be done last minute before the cake is served you could make an actual flavoured foam? |

You can either buy or make meringue and break it up into pieces, it sometimes looks 'bubbly' inside.

I finished my Shark Cake
![]() I just made some buttercream and 'rippled' in some blue food colouring, then I fluffed it up with a fork. Simple but I like it

Your cakes are awesome Andy.
I made a cake with little yachts in the sea and I used blue buttercream for the top and put little bits of white buttercream to represent the crest of the waves. |
