Not that I take Wikipedia Emmerdale Character pages as gospel, but it says under Andy Sugden's page that he'll be leaving in 2015 (doesn't mention the month) I've Googled it and nothing comes up. It's 00:14 am on Tuesday 12th August as I write this and the page was last updated 5 hours ago.

I would suggest it was an April Fool, but it's August, so perhaps he decides to leave the village after being reminded of his past as an abusive husband to Jo. He's recently seen another man being nasty to his wife during a routine hospital check up and then when she pushed him away as he tried to help her he was in a right mood with Katy (his current girlfriend and ex-wife) and snapped at his young daughter Sarah. So perhaps this will be touched on over Christmas and Katy to defend herself accidentally kills him. Just a theory ofcourse, but what else could happen. Apart from Dad Billy and younger brother Daz he doesn't have other blood relatives, other than his children Sarah & Jack.

I've seen other people do this. Hence why it's a spoiler alert. You don't need to read it if you don't want to - which is why I put it at the beginning of the thread title.

Anyway it's not for definate as it looks like it could be a hoax as nothing's stating this to be true, unless there's a press release about it around lunchtime

I remember not so long ago there being a post on here about something on Wiki - I think it was all about the King 'sister' (who never existed). Not Scarlett, a full sister. I looked at the amendments record on Wiki,. It had been edited 5 minutes previously by the person who posted it. They hadn't even used a different user name.
