Anne charleston returning to Neighbours?

I think Anne will be returning to neighbours in a form of another character. Perhaps if Harold bishop returns with his wife, in the form of Anne charleston playing the role

Perhaps she will pop out of the fridge...

Or Madge's previously unheard of identical twin sister

Even though I would love Madge back It won't happen, she is far too well known as Madge to play anyone else on Neighbours.

A dream sequence, where she appears to an also returning Harold?

In terms of Neighbours Madge is a legend so I cant see this actress returning under any circumstances.

This has got to be one of the most ridiculous suggestions ever. And I've read some pretty bad ones, like Lucy returning with her incest baby, but those usually have a small percentage of plausibility.

The only way we will ever see Madge and Anne Charleston again on Neighbours is through flashbacks. If Harold was a regular character still, I would stretch it to a ghost/dream/hallucination scenario for the 30th anniversary. There's no way AC would ever return, considering she left under a bit of a cloud - that, and Madge is dead.

was there not a rumour, years ago, a couple of years after Madge's demise, that she would be returning as a long lost twin sister?

I am almost certain i remember hearing about that.

If they did that, (which i doubt they will) then would harold and madge be the only married couple in soap to come back from the dead?

Well i know harold was swept off a cliff and arrived at Helen Daniels house years later as Ted the salvation army volunteer, so didn't really die, but still kinda came back from the dead, as everyone thought he was dead.

There was rumours of this happening with Cheryl Stark, but it never came to anything. I don't remember ever hearing about it with Madge...

I think she may return in the form of a long hidden video tape Harold will find made when she discovered she was dying. Harold will hopefully sit down and watch it with Charlene

That could work. Charlene could simply be in the video and he could watch it with Henry, or Lil Bishop who returns.
