Nancy I think she a great character and would like to know more about her. Just needs a storyline cause she been hardly used so far.

Sharon, Linda and Denise are all fab.

I've always adored Dot, and I'm actually starting to like Cora too.

Stacey is also massively improved since her first stint.

When its laid out like this I realise I like most of the current cast. Only one's I didn't vote for are Tina, Tosh, Babe, Donna and Pam. I do like Pam but she hasn't done enough yet to warrant my seal of approval

Don't know why Kim is so disliked on here. She will forever be one of my faves purely for this

Love how appreciated Denise is now. Diane Parish earned her characters recently upgraded A List status.

Sharon, Dot, Denise, Ronnie, Roxy, Whitney, Emma are my faves; Sharon and Ronnie in particular as they have a larger than life quality about them.

Just realised I missed out Shabnam and Linda who have grown on me.

And Mr S, how could you forget Yvonne, Our Lady of the Tea leaves?

Voted for most of the females which shows the cast is quite strong and the voting is very stretched.

Really only dislike the Butchers, Whitney and the Brannings. The rest I either don't mind or really like (especially Linda, Nancy & Denise).

I didn't forget Yvonne as such, as she is a recurring character I decided to leave her off the list otherwise I would have had to add all the recurring characters. I was highly tempted to just add her on anyway.

I feel sorry for Donna, I nearly left her off the list due to the fact she's had hardly any screen time at all.

I think Donna is just a glorified cackling extra at the moment. I'm sure we'll find out her dark secret soon: a tragic lilo puncture in Weston Supermare or a long lost mother who was a bit rough and used to stick her head in the toilet...

I agree. I really like Nancy.

I also love Shirley, Sharon, Ronnie, Dot and Carol and I'm really excited to see more of Pauline McLynn as Yvonne

My top 5 would have to be...

Stacey
Ronnie
Shirley
Linda
Kat

It's hard to decide out of them who I actually like the most they're all fantastic!

Then I like characters such as

Sharon
Denise
Dot
Jane
Lauren
Carol

There's different categories for me I think, as it's also hard to choose out of them 6 aswell, I can't warm to characters like shabnam, nancy, etc because they don't do much for me, but everybodies different, one character I would like to warm to is Sonia, but apart from the gene, she hasn't done much at all, it just feels like she's there for the sake of it, she needs a decent storyline, I never watched her in her precious stint, I started watching like 2 weeks before she left in 2007, she seems to have been a grey success in her last few stints...

I feel like dtc has abandoned so many characters on EE, which is a shame as I really like him, characters like roxy, whenever she gets anything, it's nothing good, it's a load of rubbish, and just filler storylines, there's far too many filler storylines going on, and they need to be stopped!

It's a shame though, I liked the actress in psychoville and if they had actually developed her she could have been great. But I wouldn't be surprised if she gets chucked out.

Roxy and Aleks are wonderful together. I think DTC has struck the right mix personally. Roxy was woefully under used under Lorraine Newman

I think there's probably been slightly too much going on and she's fallen by the wayside but I'm sure her role will be fleshed out at some point.

Agreed, it's nice to see Roxy come out of Ronnie's shadow.

She's certainly had an upgrade in her leading man! I bet Rita is pleased!

I forgot to say welcome back Sorcha!

I think I have forgotten to vote for Denise - never mind but I was just thinking the other day Ian has another women out of his league - She is beautiful whereas Ian is cultivating his gut as his very own ski slope!
