I do not think that Kim could ever sing 'Somewhere over the Rainbow' the same as Eva Cassidy, Kim has a good voice but Eva 's voice is beautiful, the only person to make me cry when singing for a long, long time. Good luck to Kim though I think she will be good, but Eva never.

I agree - she seems very nervous! I have great respect for ALL the students - we may have our favourites/different tastes but I've been impressed with the last three. I love the fact that they are putting in great efforts to give us a great show and competition.
I don't care if it is exactly like Eva Cassidy's version, it is sounding fabulous. She will definitely have it sewn up tonight if she gets it right and in tune. It's one of my all time favourites, and I can feel myself filling up even now!

I have got crackly interference on my streaming on BBC1 and 2, but not on the channels themselves. It's very annoying too.
I was hoping we would see Kevin, but it doesn't look like he is there. (unless he is hiding from the streaming)

Is anyone else getting interference through Sky? I have a horrible clicky noise on the sound and some sparkly bits on the screen?

were leaving, Konnie mooned them as did Chris.
Lesley Garret sung to them (you could hear it!) and flashed her bra to them.

I agree that she does sound good, I do hope she pulls it off. I just don't think she should try and copy Eva, like David, I think she should do her own version.

I agree - I'm welling up (kids are bemused!)
What amazes me is that she said she'd not practised it before and had just listened to the Eva Cassidy version. I thought the backing tape was dire - thank God she isn't singing along with it.
Ade and Kim for me - BOTH will get votes; I will however vote for Edith also if she does well!!
