Has anyone thought that Nico's dad could be Trevor? I originally thought it was Cameron but in a few episodes ago Sienna mentioned a scorpion tattoo on her thigh that she regrets. Trevor too had a scorpion tattoo. I know it could be just coincidence but it would put a strain on him and Graces's baby plans if it came out Trevor had a 14 year old daughter.

Im trying to think if Trevor and Sienna have had any scene?

Trevor and Sienna have been around in the same village though for a long time. I can imagine Hollyoaks coming up with it as something random but there's never been any indidication that Patrick has beef with him.
