Samsung smart tv - 32f4500
When I press the smart hub button it takes me into the hub and along the top I have 4 buttons (social, apps, films etc, photos etc) but recently it changed and I had 5 buttons and it looked different whenever I was watching freeview. I had things along the bottom as shown in this picture - http://thegadgetpill.com/wp-content/...4500-image.jpg
Recently though I done a factory reset andit's gone back to the old settings with no timeline view etc. I have tried to update over the air but it says I have the latest update already installed. I have downloaded an update but don't know how to install it, I only seem to be able to find an option for over the air update's. Any ideas? |

Not the same model as you, but I guess the instructions are generic
By USB : Insert a USB drive containing the firmware upgrade file, downloaded from “www.samsung.com,” into the TV. Please be careful not to disconnect the power or remove the USB drive until upgrades are complete. The TV will be turned off and on automatically after completing the firmware upgrade. When software is upgraded, video and audio settings you have made will return to their default settings. We advise you to to write down your settings so that you can easily reset them after the upgrade |
