When i had a problem with Sky i contacted the executive support team by e-mailing jeremy.darroch@bskyb,com and the matter was resolved swiftly.

I was wondering if anyone knew of an equivalent phone number or e-mail address for BT.

It can be the case if you get India enough said, BT's uk call centres are not that bad.
