It's 'Point Of View' by DB Boulevard.

The lyrics you mention come from the quiet bit in the middle.

while we're talking about naming songs, does anyone know what the 3rd from last song is on the trance nation advert?

Trance Nation ad - Minimalistics - Close Cover

I think anyway, I was too engrossed in Max Payne and wasn't paying much attention.

no i know its not that one cos i already got that

Im pretty sure its 3rd from last. They play the song i would like to know the name of, then another one, then future breeze. i think.

I'd like to add my own "what's the song" request if I may.

It's the song played in the background on the 'Ireland 2002' Irish Tourist Board commercial, and it has a trance-like tune and beat over some Clannad-esque chorus song.

If anyone knows the name of it, I'll be very grateful.

Irish one is Saltwater by Chicane.

On the Run by Tillman Urmacher, the other one near the end of the ad is The Drill by Dirt Devils

Do you think that songs of today are perhaps drug fuelled?
I know that some of The Beatles songs were, but what about todays artists?
What funny sounding lines can anyone think of?

Shakira, given the english lines for Whenever, Wherever but doesn't fully understand them yet as her English wasn't good...

thus

"Lucky that my breasts are small and humble,
So you don't confuse them with mountains.”
