That reminds me.... of all the possible returnees there could be to Emmerdale to rival Charity my top three would be

1) Lady Tara - The definition of class.
2) Kim Tate - Megabitch
3) Zoe Tate - Old flame

It's time she got her comeuppance and I only hope that Jimmy and Nicola are involved somehow. But knowing the Dingles they will forgive in her in an hour for setting poor Sammy up and causing him heartbreak.

She lords it over everyone, thinking she is so much better than the rest when in reality she has only got to where she has through sleeping with men and using their (or their families) money. She is no better than a prostitute they both sleep with people for their money she just does it under the pretence that she loves them, she only originally slept with Declan for the insurance money.

Can't stand the character (the actress is good though).

None of the men are in the first flush of youth either - maybe they're not so very shallow that they're only attracted to 20 year olds? Emma Atkins is a gorgeous looking woman IMO, with a good figure.


That sums her up doesn't it? You can't even believe that she really loves her kids and would put their needs before hers at any point. How many 'daddies' and homes has poor wee Noah had, already? Charity might care about the people in her life, but she seems to care about money a whole lot more.

I absolutely hate the woman, she has no redeeming qualities. I can't wait for the day her character is killed off

long time reader, first time poster.

I hate Charity with a passion, she has no sympathetic qualities at all. I actually gave up watching for months earlier this year because I just couldn't bear watching her anymore. Vile, cruel bitch who always comes out on top no matter what. She's the Phil Mitchell of Emmerdale. I find the whole thing of her and Cain having some ongoing "thing" bubbling under the surface laughable, Cain wouldn't look twice at such a desperate skank now.
Charity supposedly being irresistible to men is just ludicrous, it's the same old routine every time... she says two words of barbed comment and every falls over themselves to sleep with her. No offence to the actress but I don't think she's a great beauty either, so god knows what the attraction is meant to be. It's just a load of tired cliches; gold digger, bitch, slapper, sleeping with men to close deals and scams... yawn. Rubbish character, wish she'd leave for good. I like a good bitch but she's not one, she's a joke. Cannot understand her popularity at all.

After tonight's episode it looks like Jimmy & Nicola are going to help her get one over on Megan

All things considered I am going to surprise you all and say that I am Team Charity.

I cannot understand why Dumbo Jumbo who is closely behind Sam Dingle as the village idiot went running tale telling to Charity about Shergar instead of joining forces with her when he owes Charity nothing and she has cheated him and treated him like dirt over and over again.

Charity is pretty hefty, but I quite like that about her. She looks like if she couldn't talk or fcuk her way out of a situation she could fight her way out. She is a really strong, capable woman, and I agree with the poster who wondered why she didn't do something on her own instead of fleecing men all the time. I really liked her when she sorted out some moneylenders who were hassling Zak.



I stopped watching for months because I couldn't stand watching Charity too. I watched once because I read a spoiler that said Cain was going to drown her, but he only held her head in the sink for a bit


I thought that. I love Jimmy and Nicola, but he is such a twerp. From past experience he must know that getting involved with Charity won't end well for him

Over a month since last post and so much has happened!!

I'm putting my money on her coming up smelling of roses on this one... for the time being!!
