Good evening Cobbleheads and welcome to our final thread of the week. Two months have passed since my last thread so it was about time for the rover to return, so here I am.

I do hope that tonight's episodes are better than recent offerings, I think we can all agree the writing & acting standards in some do seem to be dropping like bricks. Anyone who saw last night's Emmerdale were possibly blown away by Donna Windsor's exit that saw her jumping from a 10 storey building whilst still handcuffed to the bad guy. On Corrie we've had Kirk reading a story to 5 year olds in the cafe

Cheers for le thread, FM Couldn't agree with you more re the vast difference between Corrie and Emmerdale! Emmerdale moved me to tears, whereas Corrie bores me to tears. The Hat & his cohorts have a lot to answer for

Breaks my heart to see the soap I've loved for almost 40 years reduced to what it's become. Even worse to have to admit that Emmerdale is now far better.

But we must soldier on.
