Judging by past seasons jurors don't have access to social media or any sort of live feed, let alone complete episodes. When a freshly evicted houseguest arrives at the jury dwelling they show up with a small compilation DVD of the immediate events leading up to their eviction. The jurors are then gathered in front of the tv and camera crew and made to watch this disc until production is satisfied with the reactions for broadcast.
Regarding Derrick, even if they knew what a stranglehold he had over the house I doubt anyone would take action. Think of the times Dr. Will and Dan Gheesling returned to the house and players merrily ignored them as threats. In BB:All Stars this was especially hilarious and unforgivable.
