hi we have bt internet indoors but we use freeview for our tv but it dont pick up bt sports.

is there a box i can get that will let me watch bt sports.

Bt Vision + box, these are now only supplied to customers who subscribe to sky sports.
Bt youview box, bt sports viewed through internet.
Satellite, Sky box(no sky subscription required).

As you have BT Broadband, you can get it free with BT, ring them up

But only free on a computer / tablet / phone unless you subscribe to BT TV. To watch on the main TV you need to be able to connect that device to it.
