Something about the way she was talking to Ian tonight about how Patrick might be talking soon and remembering about the voicemail. Made it sound like she was playing/toying with him.

Part of me agrees with you, but then again, I think if she was to know she'd probably use it as her get out of jail ticket because she's already tried to leave him, who knows though...

I think Patrick has managed to say/do/write/gesture something that makes her suspect Ian has done something........

I don't think she knows outright what he has done but the seeds have been sown

She looked very happy/relieved., like she is glad she knows this and can run now.

She was on her way home in the taxi, when she noticed Ian's car and then
told the cabbie to follow it, she saw Ian follow Rainie into her knocking shop. In a fit of anger she gets into Ian's car and tries to drive it into a tree when she sees Lucy and accidentally runs her over. She leaves the car and body there only for Ian to find his car and his dead daughter next to it. Ian then calls Jane…

No I don't think so... Hopefully she'll find out soon, it's getting very boring now, EE have a rich history of storylines, there's no need to drag out one like this

So Ian sees his daughter dead and makes it look like a mugging because?

Because it was his car used to hit her.

Wouldn't Ian's car have some evidence that it was in an accident?

Not to mention her body which would at least have had some bruising or a broken bone or two.

I thought Denise also knew. There were a few little moments of silences and some awkward looks. Interesting...

Ah, she was bending down to tie her shoelace and the car hit her 'head on'.

Yes, from the way she behaved last night it was heavily implied Denise now knows the truth. Will be interesting to see what she does next.

So...?

Instead of finding out who the hell has solon his car and killed his daughter, he decides to leave her in the woods and drive home where nobody spots the damage on the vehicle?

Yes.

Because soapland police would have instantly labelled him as the killer, besides the vehicle wouldn't necessarily have damage.

Father rows with daughter over drugs, later that night father calls the police to report that somebody stole his car and ran over his daughter. They wouldn't buy that

Denise was planning on leaving Ian anyway. Had she seen him with Rainie on Good Friday it would have just gave her even more of a reason to leave him. I don't for one second believe she would have attempted suicide because of it.

Who said anything about suicide? This was a tongue in cheek theory that's gone a but far.
