Why does everyone think jay killed Lucy just because he was on the same bus as her the night she died.. don't you think that maybe he was just meeting Ben or something else he don't want no one else to find out. yes he's acting suspicious but bloody hello for you really think they would make it that obvious. At the most he's protecting the killer. Has everyone forgotten how bad he was when Ben killed heather. In my opinion there's no chance its jay! yeah he's hiding something but not a murder

Does like like the plot to bring Ben back but I hope he some how is connected, like maybe him and Ben saw something.

It would be interesting if it were her as she's circling round the same storylines at the moment with her exam results.

Probably, she may have spotted him waiting for Jay, as Jay went in the same direction as her when getting of the bus, so he had to confront her, and try and persuade her into keeping her mouth shut, so they had words, something happened, and she somehow took another accidental knock to her head, he could have just shoved her or something causing her to fall over, hitting it again, and with her already taking a blow to the head in the car lot from the corner of the desk, she dies, so he panics, Jay panics, and its him in the end, who takes her phone etc... and buries them in the allotments.

Then again, she could have been going to meet 'ello mar' to score again, as some have suggested its him supplying her, but Ben is also there waiting for Jay, sees it all, confronts them, fight breaks out, she takes another blow to the head accidentally trying to break it up, dies, as she already took a blow to the head at the car lot, Nick buggers off, Ben panics, Jay panics, and its Jay in the end who takes her phone etc... and buries them in the allotments.

Gets em both in there for their comebacks (Ben and Nick).

What's the motives for Abi?

I think Phil is being so nice to Ian, because it turns out its Phil's Son that murdered Ian's daughter?

I'm going with something like Lucy being killed by a falling branch. Like that programme a couple of years ago where the car crash was caused by a fly or something.

I don't think Abi is a red herring though. I don't think they've even tried to make anybody suspect her even a little bit which is what a red herring is.

They are not going to go through the trouble of bringing Ben back and recasting him only to have him kill again and have to leave to go to prison again.

I'm convinced more than one person is involved so if Nick did kill her then its probabaly Charlie that buried the phone and purse.

Blatant red herring.

At a guess, I'd say that maybe Lucy spotted Jay with Ben and that Jay is worried incase Ben did it because he was desperate not to be seen. Hence the burning of the hat. Why else he wouldn't have come forward about being on the bus as he must have remembered seeing her. He could have easily lied about where he had been.

He'll probably end up under heavy suspicion but the real killer will be someone who at present appears to have no apparant motive and will only come to light at the last minute.

Yes exactly.. its someone who's acting normal.. With no one suspecting them at all..
