Has the dreaded woman who destroyed EE as EP and as head of Drama left or not? Funny how as soon as santer left, harwood became head of drama and has hampered down on EE ever since!!!

I believe she has, yes. I don't think she damaged EE though. Many of the popular characters just happened to be leaving as she took over. She introduced Dean and Denise etc who have grown into popular characters over time.

For the record, she became head of drama in December 2012. Almost three years after Santer left.

I agree with you though. Kate Harwood introduced the bulk of the characters that carried the late 00s to the success it was. Anyone who discredits her doesn't know what they are talking about.

She did ruin the show. The ratings hit 3.9 million the day after Wendy Richard announced she was leaving. I will never ever for as long as I live forgive her for what she did to Wendy or Pauline... if it wasn't for her stupid idea of marrying Pauline off then we could of had her until at least 2008.
