Leanne CS and her lack of money

Why is Leanne so poor all of a sudden.

Having been married to Peter for such a short time she got half of the bookies and got a good price off Carla for it. Now she says she needs the money.

She has only been married to Nick for a year and wants half the Bistro.

If I was Kal I would watch out, this time next year he could lose half of his share in the Gym.

Being a respectable businessman and upstanding member of the community myself I'm a bit wary of that Leanne. No sooner will she walk in here than she'll be thrusting alimony contracts into my face and yelling at me to do right by R Simon.

I know - it is ridiculous. The money from the Bookies was supposed to be supporting Simon and she hasn't had to use it as Nick stated in the mediation session that she'd had a good salary at the Bistro and that he had paid all the bills at the flat during their relationship (and she didn't say he was lying) so what has happened to that money?

Well Simon's university education must be quite costly and Leanne does have her cardigan and blouse collection to keep up.

I hate how she constantly brings Simon in to her negotiations with Nick. Simon is not Nick's responsibility and he actually said he would pay maintenance directly to Simon and she said no so it is clear she wants it for herself and is just using Simon as an excuse. Even on Friday "let me know how you are for Simon". Why does simon even have to know he'd had a 'funny turn' - he wasn't there, he didn't see it. He'll only know if Leanne tells him.

Leanne is a desperate, bitter two bit brass who is almost beyond loathing. Always on the lookout for her next meal ticket. This time it is Kal. The cheapest of bikes.

Mo! I knew you wouldn't be able to resist the scent of a Leanne thread.

There was a certain magnetic pull.

Doesn`t Leanne get family allowance for SImon too? I`m sure the kid lives on burgers or pizza, and they aren't cheap.

Simon seemed to be fed by Tina at Peter's for most of the Winter so that's no excuse. When she did have him he seemed to eat at the Bistro so again funded by Nick.

We know her coat that Nick donated was expensive - that's probably where all the money meant for Simon went.

Hmmmmm Leanne needs money. A couple of possibilities.

Steal someone's lottery winnings ? Burn the Bistro down and swindle the insurance company ? Fleece another husband for half his worldly goods ? No. None of these. When you're in trouble, always stick to what you know. Whoring. Plain and simple. Time to get back on the street for the two bit brass. Simple as.

If Saint Leanne is short of money she's well practiced in how to sort the problem out

Alternatively, she could just stand Beelzebub on a podium and charge £1 for people to slap him one. She'd be richer than Bill Gates in a day!!

Fair point, kk, but once a strumpet always a strumpet. Whoring is all she knows, I'm afraid.

Pity it isn't a Sara Lee - she could fit a couple of punters in as it defrosted.

I think Leanne should burn down the Bistro and be done with it!

I'm sure Phelan can help her out as long as he's not with Anna whilst they're trying to figure out a plan to get rid of Owen.
