BIB - Ronnie had the intention to scare him off Roxy and away from Walford altogether. What we know is that he didn't respond well to this, made a threat of rape and she killed him. But Ronnie's actions after this didn't ring true to what just happened. If you act out of self-defense then you surely follow it up accordingly. She had much more to gain from covering it up than going straight to the police. It's a bit like when Janine pushed Barry away and he fell down the cliff. She didn't intend to kill him but her keeping quiet about how his death actually occurred benefitted her. It's not just the crime, it's the cover-up - and the fact she went to the lengths she did to cover it up tells me she had an ulterior motive.
As for the rest of your post, we didn't see Lucy getting killed or the person/people take her body to the common. All important stuff that's been withheld from the viewer. So it's not hard to believe that Ronnie and Charlie would have decided to keep their distance from each other after that night. Ronnie now being pregnant throws a spanner in the works for that - which is why she's done a runner again

“Further more to this. The only reason Sam Womack has been off screen is because she had to go film Mount Pleasant. It wasn't storyline related.”
I'm aware of this but in terms of this plot, it actually helps that she wasn't around. As I said, out of sight, out of mind. We're all too busy watching the likes of Billy, Jay, Jake etc. when they're all red herrings. The writers are trying to divert your attention away from the actual killer. What's a bigger diversion than barely any screentime, eh?

“But anyway. The reason that Ronnie is pregnant with Charlie's baby and the reason they slept together on Good Friday is because at some point she will have to give him an alibi as he will become a suspect or vice versa.
anyone who becomes a suspect before Feb is not the killer. That is the relevance of their scene in the episode.”
Did they sleep together on Good Friday? I know they slept together before that as I'm sure Phil caught Charlie in his house. He was coming down the stairs with Ronnie. So the baby could've been conceived then.
