Remember when nuPeter first arrived and he confessed to Lola and Lucy (I think, but Cindy already knew) that he had a friend who "died" at sea because of him? At the time we all thought his mate would turn up, but so far so nothing. Has the plot been abandoned or is there more to come? Forgive me if it's been cleared up but I don't remember it ever being mentioned again.

I do think he murdered Lucy.

I think Peter killed Lucy though so this could be part of his motive.
