edith has won this, she has had radio one out backing her,its not been a fair contest from the start,
and if there was another real fame academy get rid of richard parks and have a fair contest.
i have done my bit for comic relief so i dont need to watch now.i still have a faint hope kim wins but i wont hold my breath.

ive not really cared too much who wins but the one thing i wanted was ade getting to the final so it would at least have some link to comedy. i'm not spiteful enough to turn over when the final comes on but its a big disappointment

I agree, some people have gotten more of an advantage over others...it hasn't been a proper contest.

Also, whats the point of having people who can't sing up against those who could? That's hardly fair. I think it would be a better contest if they chose comedians who can't sing and doesn't take the contest seriously after all..it IS comic relief!

I do want Ade to well also, but I am just happy he got to the final. He probably won't win since he is clearly outnumbered by the two girls...although it would be great if he won!

I'd watch, sadly I think you'll be pleasantly surprised. Don't underestimate the Great British Public's taste for MOR

Oh grow up, the real reason this whole show exists is to help fundraise for a very important cause. You don't seem to grasp the concept of the show. Fundraising. If you've been following the show closely you would have realized that all of them are friends and there are no hard feelings involved. And why should there be? They've been in it together from the start and they're all doing their bit. Edith got through because of a larger number of votes than Adrian. Colin Murray can attempt to influence voting as much as he wants. At the end of the day, i'm sure a person doesn't stoop as low as to vote for Edith because 'Colin told them to' Your arguement is ridiculous and petty. People vote of their own accord. I'm sure you'll agree that Edith had a bad performance, and it wasn't even her fault. So I think she is more than deserving of a second chance. Lighten up and feel good that your votes may have done some good. Try to remember what tonight's all about. Certainly not point-scoring...

I understand what everyone's saying about it being all for charity but what I love about this forum is the opportunity to get slightly overinvolved about what is in the end, pointless frivolity. So everyone...act childish (and enjoy the show)

Come on...even though they are all raising money for comic relief and feel they are doing a good cause..deep inside, some of them do want to win!.

Everyone has some sort of competitivness inside of them..when someone says "I don't care I don't want to win, its for comic relief"...I don't buy it lol. When they get kicked out of FA you can clearly see on some of their faces that they really wanted to stay there! lol

Anyway..I don't care who wins. But I am just glad Ade got to the final

*Some people* took this all way too seriously and expressed way too much dislike for Edith than seems healthy. I hope *they* can recover now that it's just about over..
PS Good luck to Edith and well done to to all the celebrities who participated in this show.

I suppose it's 'horses for courses' but I don't find Ade that funny.
A balding, paunchy middle aged man prancing about the stage does nothing for me.

I think he's quite fit for a middle aged man......

Actually, I think you'll find Kim's already won. It all depends on which votes they count: all the ones from last night 'till now, or just the ones texted in after the Jools Holland thing... and I doubt that. So It'll be on the phone vote, and I think you'll find Kim's already got that.

...and if so, good luck to her!. Not my favourite, but who cares. I'm having fun, I've contributed to a good cause, and I'm feeling pretty good - so I'm not going to complain, am I?

Steve.

Not because he says to, but being reminded and encouraged can make a difference. (Just as seeing Kim in Eastenders before yesterday's show might make a difference.) And anyone listening to Colin this afternoon will have known the phone votes cut off at 7.

Oh for goodness sake. Some people need to grow up and get real lives instead of getting so worked up over who wins a CHARITY competition!

(Besides, more people watch Eastenders than listen to Colin on Radio 1. Not exactly going to be influencing too many people, is he?!)

The amount of bitching on this forum has been quite astounding! (And amusing.) It's great that so many people here have lost their dignity in such a short space of time.
