Great writing and acting, I can see the overnight viewing figures being 12.5m peaking at 14m.

Yes I agree I was sitting filling up when little April was asking when her mum is coming back and poor Marlon was at a loss for words.

Bit surprised the Dingles didn't turn up to help Marlon but then there was only a select few who knew when Bob called to the pub to tell Marlon about Donna but now Cain knows and also Chas and Debbie not forgetting Charity. That is what I like about Emmerdale the community pull together especially when Gennie died.

Debbie was trying her best to stop Ross from revealing all to Marlon.
Have to say Ross was brilliant the other night alongwith Bob you just want to put your arms round him. Great to see Dan back for some support for Bob

Totally agree, it was great stuff, but I think the OP Old Bag was taking the piss. And has been made inactive as a result.

So we're free to enjoy how fab Emmerdale is right now without the piss being taken.

Ross is my absolute fave at the moment, but I liked the way they brought Cain in last night. And Bob is breaking my heart. I already miss Donna but I'm enjoying the carnage she's left behind.

I love ED ! The characters are believable. I love ross even though he's meant to be a baddie ,,,,,he has redeeming characteristics eg his love for Donna. I wish she hadn't died. In fact I think he's my favourite character. I also like Charity and her vulnerability eg taking the bait Jay's sister offered when she suggested Charity was losing her touch with men.
Not so keen on Marlon and his fixed woeful expression. He's in a forever woe is me state.

I wish they would go on audience share rather than a made up figure of people. quite possibly was that many but the figures will say less

Can someone tell me how a person posting a thread can be made "inactive" and what does that actually mean and entail?

It means you're serving a ban I think - could be temporary or permanent. So I guess they must have done something against the terms and conditions.

5.95m was the actual rating.

Cheers for info..... makes you wonder what they have done to get a ban (temporary or permanent) and if they are banned, how come their post got through?
Also, can anyone have two DS memberships to get around any ban that may have been imposed?

No idea, but it usually happens if you've posted something abusive.

Showing as inactive means they posted first, then got made inactive. Your posts don't disappear (unless the mods delete them), it's just your status changes.

Sure, I'm absolutely certain there are plenty of people who set up a second DS account - known as sock puppets. It's meant to be against terms and conditions, but people get round it by using different email addresses. The internet's a strange place, and there seem to be lots of reasons people want to hide behind a different identity. They can be quite easy to spot though.
