Not sure if anyone can help here but my Manhattan box is really playing up, unfortunately its about 13 months old so just outside of any warranty.

I have noticed that when the box goes on auto-standby, when coming back on the box wants to retune and basically cycles through as if ive done a factory reset.
I have also noticed that the volume control is doing strange things, still audible on 0% and sounds tinny when you turn up and down all the way. (changing channel up then down again seems to solve this)
I contacted Manhattan who to be honest have been quite useless so wondered if anyone else has had these problems and how they resolved them?

Well the first thing I'd do is go into options and end auto-standby - its a feature without a use (why do you have it selected) unit will happily record in stand-by mode.

The volume issue is new on me.
