I agree I really think its as simple as good cop v bad cop...

Ben will really get his claws into Johnny I think.

I really don't want Johnny and Ben to get together because they're both gay. I do think Johnny should get a boyfriend down the line but somebody different.

As for an old gay character, I do like the sound of that BUT I think people would moan that there are too many gay characters.
