Clare King would be great in EastEnders
Watching her on BB makes me think that EE should cast her as Chrissie Watts sister who buys the nightclub. She could be a cold hearted bitch and it would pave the way for Chrissie's return and revenge on the Mitchells and Sharon!

you basically want her to play Kim Tate in EastEnders under a different name.

Claire would be a brilliant addition to EE but I and others would probably still see her as Kim Tate in ED!
She was great in Bad Girls as Karen Betts but I still see her as Kim. |

NO. she is far too classy to be in Eastenders. The only place she should be a b!tch is Home Farm.

While many always remember her as Kim, i will always remember her as Karen. She was fantastic in Bad girls. Especially her scenes with Linda Henry. She wasn't typecast in Bad girls at all either. Quite a shame she hasn't had many high profile roles since.
I would love her to do EE, but not as another bitch character. She could do what Zoe Lucker did and play a total opposite. |

EastEnders are not superior enough to warrant the great Emmerdale legend that is Claire King.

Would be brilliant, but she's probably not 'hunky' or young enough for a role on EastEnders these days...

Yeah, she's better suited to having so little work she's resorted to Celebrity Big Brother.

Well it's true. If she was so good that she was too good for Eastenders she wouldn't be out of work and having to do reality TV every couple of years.

I disagree. EE are hardly conscious of how attractive they want their cast. That accolade goes to the australian soaps or Hollyoaks.

Good point. Didn't Simon Callow say he watches the show too? He'd be a great addition of he ever decided to do it, I believe he's good friends with Ann Mitchell too.
DTC must be unaware Simon said that. Unless he isn't a fan of his work. |
