Panasonic TX-LE5B - No Internet Apps

Strange one this. Update became available on the TV. Downloaded and installed. Went to use Netflix App and no apps appears on the menu screen. Anyone familiar with Panasonic Internet screen will know that the small TV appears in the middle, with your front page apps surrounding that image.

They are not there and all that can be seen is the current image of the program on the current channel in the centre of the screen.

I have completed a factory reset and still the same no apps. Any ideas
