The day she handed herself in to the police for killing Archie, she gave Lauren a key and told her to keep it safe! It wouldn't surprise me if it was to do with Ryan, maybe she's being visiting him or actually been with him?

The op says Ryan AND Stacey's key I don't recall him having a significant key.

The title only refers to a single key: Stacey's. The OP is asking if there could be a connection between Ryan and that key.

I remember Ryan's mum having a key he was after years ago. Hope they aren't repeating that with him again.

I always thought the key would be linked to Lucy's murder, it's a bit weird though, the key should of been referenced in a few episodes I think because a lot of viewers have probably forgot lol
