I guess she's who arrives on her door step.
Why did they sentence her to 5 years? Wouldn't it have been better if she waited for trial and then at her actual trial they did Jeans plan? That way we could have seen it all play out.

that's another thing that's annoyed me with EE just lately, quite a lot happens off screen! I'd of rather seen staceys trial than tina and the drugs lol, but yeah I guess it's her that turns up on the doorstep, Whitney's next to stacey, so I'm sure a ryan return is happening soon!:P

She should still be in prison serving a life sentence for cold blooded murder. Her daughter should be in a Home For Young Children Who Have No Parents Who Aren't Murderers.

I know I've started multiple threads railing about how much I loathe Stacey and her disgusting horrible family, but it came to my attention that I actually really like her. A hot murderess the likes of which many on here couldn't hope to compete with.
EDIT: To clarify, I still hate her family. Especially Alfie. And especially Kat. And especially Screechy Jean and Tommy. Bert too. Ernie is borderline.

No she is not. She's much better than 'Queen' Sharon, who's played by a limited actress and is just a bit player in the storylines she's involved in, 'Queen' Shirley who has done absolutely nothing, and 'Queen' Kat who seems to have trouble choosing one personality and sticking to it.

Well I think she is brilliant and is definitely one of my favourite female characters.

What right has that FM have to make an assumption like that? I don't get the superiority some EastEnders fans think they have just because they have watched the show from 1985, 1992 or whatever. If the show was stuck in the 80s and 90s and only setting out to please fans of that era, then EastEnders would of been axed years ago.

Ditto! She has appeared in less than 30 episodes this year.
DTC confirmed at the end of last year that EastEnders would once again follow an ensemble cast.

As you know I am well past 9 but recognise Stacey as one of the best female characters the show has seen. In fact I can't think of any other actor in EE that could have pulled off the s/ls she did at such a young age nearly as well.

To be fair Susan Tully was excellent during her early stint and she was very young. IMO
