This Is Now Becoming Uneasy Viewing

This has now become uneasy viewing in my opinion. It seems since the last series that aggressive/nasty behaviour seems the norm now. With everyone witnessing the last series winner being one of the most controversial winners is it now acceptable to act in such a way with some even trying to condone such behaviour? I noticed even from the outset of CBB the VT’s from some of the contestants were aggressive in their tone. What next BB an assault live on TV for our entertainment.

Found tonight's episode easier to watch than the previous. Least Gary wasn't the butt of every nasty remark this time.

I don't know about that but the producers have to be careful here, as if they try to provoke an already volatile situation for publicity purposes they could go too far and it could prove to be a stunt to far. We've already seen they will stoop quite low to gain publicity.

Isnt that the point of Big Brother? stick 14 strangers in a house together for several weeks & try to create conflict between them via tasks??
Part of the raison d'etre of BB is to create conflict for the publics entertainment?

I think viewers are in denial if they think its not.

I'm finding it hilarious, personally.

As long as they don't kill each other. They never have to see each other again after the series is over.

We watch Big Brother for the conflict.

It's just steps away from becoming the Hunger Games!

They should find a way to lighten the mood a bit. Send in some kittens and fluffy chicks for a couple of hours.

Not at the same time obviously.

No, but all the post-BB6 series have been short on real humour, that only really leaves the conflict.

I think it's brilliant they are all ME ME ME that's what makes it funny. All spoilt egocentric
Stars who think the world revolved around them. They could not have dreamed it would be anything like it is until they are in the situation. They watch the edits like us and think that really is how it is and looks easy ...hoo haaaaa

Got close with the Gary in the garden bit. Thought it was going to go all Dead Set on us.

Tonight's show was superb entertainment, a real blast from the past and a reminder of the glory days of when the show was actually still popular and at the cutting edge of reality TV.

Perhaps BB/reality is too much for some people and this house would cater more to their delicate sensibilities ...

I agree, Ashleigh's behaviour has set a new precedent for BB and there's no coming back from it.
