Gary claims that it's Computer Graphics Imagery and yet a search, even though I already knew, showed it to be Computer Generated Imagery. I hope he gets put right when he leaves the house.

Like he gives a shit. Gary's doing what many old people do - does and says whatever because he can.

Gary is always in the right. He got the wrong end of the stick about how nominations and evictions work too it seems but it would appear that he won't have it that he is mistaken about that too.

I "think" that the very early form of it was called Computer graphics imagery, and as technology developed it was called Computer generated imagery because it was something different. (I have a relative who likes to talk about his work zzzzzzzzz)

Emma: "COMPUTER GENERATED IMAGERY"

Gary has been in the movie business since the 70's I think, definitely the 80's. So maybe he still calls it 'graphics'. Like my grandad still calls the radio a 'wireless' LOL

Computer graphics is still called computer graphics. CGI is computer graphics but the acronym stands for something else. So Gary was right and wrong.

I can't argue that point, but Gary made it sound as though he was either talking about when his younger acting days or now.

Gary knows exactly what it stands for , he went out of his way to wind up every contestant in celebrity apprentice exactly like he did with Lesley ,he knows when people are stressed how to push and push peoples buttons till they flip ,this is his career choice now and has been for some time ,don't forget the guy is/was an actor before drug's/brain injury fried his head a little .

self centered Narcissist who doesn't give a dam about anyone's feelings ,he's been playing on his head injury every show he go's on .

His 'trump' card Oscar 'that hurts my feeling's'/Born again BS, is dragged out every hour on the hour with very convincing effects , but he can only use that BS so many time before people catch on that he plays every one of them , while walking about house treating people with utter contempt while smiling away and playing the 'tard card' , he knows he can get away with murder ,only so long you can milk public sympathy on t.v. , now he's in a house with no producers setting up scenes for him to to get him through to next round ,think he forgets his every move is being filmed .

He's here to do an acting job and that's exactly what you get ,one big act

watch bit on psych tonight and watch them tripping over themselves defending him ,same every show ,everyone makes excuses for him .

A lot of people in the CGI industry get this wrong too, and the term "computer graphics" is easier to comprehend. Animation is often referred to as computer graphics in discussions and Gary has probably been party to these kind of conversations in his acting career.

Anyway. I think lots of modern movies have far too much CGI and not enough story.

Yes. And even if Gary was right there was no need for him to butt in like that.

A pity he didn't say it stands for Common Gateway Interface.

I think these two were just clashing horns. At least they are giving us something to watch, so we should be thankful for that.
