I know she was the only one that she slept with but it could be a red herring and we might get something along the lines of Darren/Heather and Den/Michelle, but I was just wondering if it was established that he is DEFINITELY the father of her baby and she didn't have an off-screen fling with Jack?

I mean, since it is now established that Charlie IS Nick's son, it would make sense that he is the father but I'm just wondering. If this baby DOESN'T die (and I hope to God it doesn't), it would have many links as it would be the grandchild of Nick Cotton and Archie Mitchell as well as the great-grandchild of Charlie I and Dot.

But is it firmly established that Charlie is the daddy?

I dont know why people are doubting this. EE made it perfectly clear in the episode that Ronnie found out she was pregnant it was his. She was all set to tell him but changed her mind when she decided to leave to 'fix things'.

There is no way they will make this baby die or be ill. Sam wouldn't have returned if that was the plan. She quit because she hated the baby swap as it was one step too far.
