I'm the same Kate, working on a burger van & having no teabags would be bad for my business

Tesco Extra Strong have now usurped Aldi Gold Label as my favourite.

Whatever is cheapest. Currently have a typhoo bag, probably catering pack, from the co-op. Not much difference between cheap brands Co-ops own brand is probably the best I've had honestly.

If I'm buying quality tea then Twinings Earl Grey or Green Lemon.

I'm now on the hard stuff - Tesco Extra Strong. It certainly takes no prisoners.

Twinings Lapsang Souchong
Twinings Earl Grey
Tesco Finest Vanilla Chai
Tesco Finest Chocolate Tea

Those are the ones in rotation in my tea cabinet right now.

If we're talking normal, bog standard tea then Yorkshire Tea Gold.

D Tea, formerly Brooke Bond D, hardly ever seen in major supermarkets these days, but usually easily available in Poundland. 120 bags for £1: http://www.poundland.co.uk/food-and-...-50-extra-free

I like to rotate the following:

Lidl Gold
M&S Gold
Murrough's Welsh brew http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/...UL._SX425_.jpg

(I also make my own of course because I am a worthy citizen of this country. Nothing could be simpler - all you need are a few healthy tea bushes, a greenhouse and an Indian lady with a basket on her back to look after them. I hand-sew the bags themselves using fine butter muslin.)

Got some Yorkshire Tea bags at Sainsbury this morning and as a promotion they're in a 'free' tin Tea Caddy.......useful to have if you're buying tea bags anyway !

We buy PG pyramid bags.

We also like Tetley and Yorkshire tea

My hubby got some mint tea. I tried one sip and it made me heave

I drink de-caff mostly, because I get acid reflux and find that caffeine is one of the major triggers for me. I tend to think Yorkshire de-caff is the best I can find in terms of everyday brands in supermarkets, and although a bit weaker than "the real thing" it still gives a decent tea flavour.

I also buy regular teabags for those in the house who don't need de-caff and tend to switch between M&S Extra Strong, Typhoo (surprisingly good given how cheap it is) or Yorkshire for Hard Water.

There's a reason for that, the tea is pissweak.

Clipper, because the bag isn't bleached. Also, the tea is either organic or Fair trade.
