Who's the blonde woman that accompanies Kay and Sir Jimmy Saville? She looks like a hybrid of Linda Barker and Lesley Dunlop.

I'm pretty sure it was Tony Slattery.

Hmmm. When I saw the video I thought "Eddie Large". The photo on the link above looks like Eddie Large.

Does Danny Baker now look like Eddie Large?

Having only just bought Tony Christie's Greatest Hits and having already contributed to this years Comic Relief (I got hammered by a lot of students and pub crawling fund raisers) I would like to see the video but I'm not prepared to pay anymore to do so (there are other charities out there that deserve a fair share too). People saw it free on the night (barring the licence fee of course) and if the videos were not doing anything else that night I would probably have recorded it myself.

It's certainly is Danny Baker, he mentioned filming that segment with Linda McCartney several times on his breakfast show in the weeks leading up to Comic Relief.

Tony Christies album was i the official top 10 a week before Comic Relief.
Think it was to do with Mothers day because i think Matt Munroe was there as well.

There's a centre page spread in the Sun today with everybody who is in the video.

Describes Amarillo as a "70's classic"

........ummmmm!! Don't think so. Reached number 18 in November 1971.

Hmmm. An average song performed by a glorified pub singer. Hardly rates it as "70s classic".
