I've just read that she admires Theresa May, so I'll have to get rid of all her albums now.
It's only increased my undying adoration for her, if that were possible!

I don't see the issue with her liking Theresa. It's not as if she has come out as a Trump supporter.

The album's dropping like a stone in the midweek charts since she said it.

If it is, which I doubt, it's highly unlikely that will be the reason.

Whether it is dropping for any reason, it is selling well for a live album. Live albums are not really best sellers.

The left are quite a nasty bunch, aren't they? The abuse she recieved the other day on twitter was appalling. She didn't even say she was a Tory!

It's sad how some have to resort to insults and hatred, just because she likes someone they don't Shallow people indeed.

It's number 3 in the album charts.
The whole Theresa issue is so ridiculous. What a stupid thing to get upset over. I dislike the tories and Theresa but it doesn't change my love of Kate and her music. I don't really care. At the end of the day, she was talking about Waking The Witch and women/power. Kate hasn't declared she's a Tory or that she supports Theresa's policies.
People suddenly throwing her records away and refusing to listen to her music are like petulant children.
Do these people only mix with people who hold the exact same views? What about family members who could be Tory? Disown them?
It's not like Kate said she loved the KKK or said something really racist or homophobic.

I think people stopped buying it when they thought there would be a DVD coming out later. I thought they'd recover as soon as she announced that there wouldn't be one.

All the kneejerk Leftie offenderatis are forgetting, or or more likely pig ignorant of the fact that Kate once wrote a song which was an ode to Ken Livingstone. So I highly doubt she's done a massive u-turn in her political allegiance.

The album is doing very well, for a live album its actually doing extremely well and no promotion either, the album will open on at least 40,000 sales, that in itself is big for live albums these days as many dont sell that in total.

That's exactly what it seems like.

More likely sales are front loaded as her fanbase rushed out to buy it as soon as they could.
