I started listening to this amazing album again. I know she didn't write none of it and they could have had anyone as a front person for it, but wowza is this is a good pop album. I'm a Rachel fan have been from when this was released and i bought it on release week. Anyone else agree?!

It was just the wrong time, it was released at time pop was virtually hated...!

Flawless album! Not one bad song on it. Definitely one of the best pop albums of the 2000s IMO. I bought it the week it was released.

Good album but I always thought she was a very bland solo popstar.

Brilliant album, I still listen to it quite regularly. So many catchy songs on it. So much better than her first album, imo.

Legendary pop album, what else can I say? Every track is near phenomenal, a defining album for pop in the 2000s

Was a decent album to be fair

It was definitely a much better album than it got credit for at the time.

Sad thing is, if she had released it a couple of years later it might have done so much better. As it is, it's an album I still enjoy now. Fantastic pop album, one or two tracks I'm not so keen on.

I think as well it may have struggled due to her poor (imo) debut album which was a shame as it deserved much more success.

Bumping this because I re-listened to this album other day and loved it just as much as I did when I first listened to it. Such a superb pop album with excellent production, a huge shame it flopped. I read a review which said the album was the most underrated pop album of the 2000s and I agree completely.

It was a great collection of pop songs in search of a singer sadly. Her voice is nice enough but she has absolutely no personality

Not legendary, no, but a fantastic pop song IMO. I always loved Funky Dory as well.

The album was well produced, but was ruined by the fact that Rachel is not a good singer and has no personality. Some of the songs would have been proper hits with an artist who could actually breathe some life into them.

I wouldn't say it's legendary but it's a great pop song.

On the whole I preferred this album to Funky Dory. I preferred Sweet Dreams My LA-ex to So Good, but otherwise preferred Rachel's singles from Come and Get It to those from Funky Dory.

This sums it up exactly!!!

As a pop album it contains some really, really good songs but unfortunately the person singing them has absolutely no personality whatsoever. I remember seeing some of the interviews around the time it was released and she just had nothing interesting to say.
