The Braxtons have made Home and Away these last few years
The Braxtons have made Home and Away watchable these last few years I think if they were never cast then the show would of become boring the producers did the right thing hiring these three young guys on the show. Its just a shame now there all leaving and the show will go downhill. They will leave such a huge hole its gonna be hard to cover it up. May I add I think Heath is the hottest

In my opinion, I'm the complete opposite.
The Braxtons (although hot and good eye candy) were pretty much the conclusion of the Home and Away that we all knew and loved. It started going downhill after 2008 and after Sally left, though have to say less focus on the Braxtons in the past year has been much better for the show....until Andy Barrett came in as the replacement. Until he goes and the bay is criminal free for a while, only then is there a chance of a recovery for the show....luckily, the trio of Marilyn, John, Jett have kept me interested this year. |

Hate the Braxtons. They have destroyed the show. No wonder why HAA is a sinking ship. So glad all of the Braxtons are leaving.

Yes the Braxton's have made the show .. Boring and unwatchable!
IMO no offence to the actors who are quite good, but they brought with them an endless cycle of rinse and repeat crime stories. They have taken over and H&A has lost it's heart. I could go on but a quick search of these forums would show that a good majority don't like what the show has morfed into. I'm sure they are nice lads but I'm glad they are on their way out: |

They've made Home And Away what...unwatchable? the only people who seem to like the braxtons mention how hot they think they are before anything else, that's their sole purpose, unlikeable, one dimensional characters who have repetitive sl's

I've been watching Home and Away for many years but the Braxtons has ruined the dynamic of the show. Dan Ewing, Steve Peacocke and Lincoln Younes are sterling actors and their acting performances have impressed me. But the Braxtons are always dominating Home and Away and they always get the location shoots. Eg: The Outback, London, Melbourne (twice), etc... Tired of their repetitive storylnes.
When the Braxtons leave, we will get carbon copies of the Braxtons in the shape of Andy Barrett, Josh Barrett and more Mangrove River residents. Lucy Addario and Louise Bowes (producers) need to leave the show and bring in someone who truly understands the show and create good characters. Ricky is probably the best character Louise and Lucy have introduced since they took over the helm in 2012. |
