probably wouldn't be so analytical towards their favourite soaps because watching them is like a comfort blanket and they have gotten used to it. They wouldn't care if none of the soaps can get police officers and doctors and nurses realistic because they want the fast paced drama to get them shell shocked. No matter how low the ratings are and the critical responses, they will still watch them. This really is more about the people not on the forums, other forums included. Purely my opinion.

Does our lovely lady Doris watch all the soaps as she can't find the remote? I wonder if she gets stuck into Hollyoaks gather the sensationalism.

She does but she wishes they would take their clothes off more often

Dodger will only do it if Sienna makes him now.

I wouldn't say that's even opinion, I'd go as far to say it's fact.

It's the same for most of TV. The masses just watch and forget, it's only the select few who discuss it further or get analytical about it.

I've started posting on the Doctor Who forum a bit more but overall I just tend to dip in and out of that show and can just enjoy and move on whereas with the soaps I'm a bit more "That's crap" "that's good" as a result of posting on this forum.

Twins and Sienna seems to have a thing for her twin brother Dodger.

I think it's slightly disturbing that we know so much about the Executive Producers. I never had a clue before I started coming on here.

Aw bless her. What would be even worse is if someone shared their name with a soap character.

And how many soap viewers did you interview in order to come to these conclusions? What's your confidence level and precision gap widening?

I didn't need to, I've studied all this at school and it's common sense.
