Anyone think that it's Nick Cotton?

I'm not saying that I did it, I'm just saying that my perfectly legitimate waste management consultancy business is expanding into property management.

It was Patrick, late at night whilst all was as quiet as a mouse in the Beale household, a frail Patrick wheeled himself through the square to the b&b to collect some belongings when he was startled by a noise so in panic he tried his best to hide in case he was in danger but realised his wheelchair would give it away instantly so he staged a break-in before returning to the Beale residence and acting as if he knew nothing.

I'm not sure what the point of it was tbh, to make Denise's day even worse? Or are we going to find out someone did it for a reason?

I would love to have a B&B break in Walford, imagine the peace and quiet you would get, and after a lovely day seeing the local sites you could relax in one of the east ends most friendly boozers.

Is there access to get around the back of the B&B? Denise didn't realise there'd been a break-in until she saw the messed room. This suggests the front door and windows were intact. I suppose an old guest might have had a copy of the front door key.
