I've always liked the idea of an All-Stars featuring no winners.

They'd all be re-entering the jungle in a bid to claim the title they never managed to win.

I'd include the winners in some shape or form though. Perhaps each Bushtucker Trial would see a camp mate having to face-off against a previous winner.
