Aside from good looks and good acting and no older than 45 at least? I don't get why stars on soaps complain that they don't get enough roles here when it's tougher in Hollywood and they don't complain much about over there like a producer is going to knock them down or something. Take Shobna Gulati for example, she's leaving Britain for Hollywood as she feels like her ethnicity is ruining her chances her when over there, is she expected to get the sympathy vote and get a role because she's Asian because it just not work like that. Good actors and actresses get roles. There's a reason why she's struggled here but to be honest, she's had more work than most soap stars.

Rob Kazinsky has done well due to his masculine looks and he isn't wooden. He did a decent job as an Aussie in Pacific Rim and wasn't bad in True Blood. Many soap actors can have jobs in tv. I have seen Ricky Whittle in The 100 and Roxanne Mckee in Dominion. I have to say the latter are in it for their looks because all he does is show off his bod and she is so wooden and her U S accent is awful. They won't break into films. As soon as their looks go I don't think we will see them much again.

He is doing well and so is Ricky. He didn't get his big break last year but he has done well now. American demographics I would say are different to over here, there is more variety and it's just as hard as an American finding work in Hollywood to be honest.

He did OK in a terrible part that gave him very little to do in one of the show's worst plots*.

* and that's saying something, given how awful the lst few years of TB were.

I liked last season. Season 5 was terrible despite the fabulous Christopher meloni.

For attractive young Aussies, they have become a training ground for actors. I'm hoping Pippa Black gets more work. And that she joins Caitlin Stasey in protesting on the internet.
