Can't remember any recent dreams. A recurring image in my dreams is the moon being huge in the sky and then the light on it starts spinning and changing. Also, huge menacing tornadoes on the distant horizon.
Very occasionally, I'll have a dream which feels like it's a sort of sequel to another dream from years ago, or at least evokes a sort of memory of being linked to something very distant.
I love the (quite rare) dreams which I call my "epic film" dreams - I seem to be at the centre of an elaborate and exciting plot with an 'epic' sort of feel to it. The dream is action-packed, I'm rushing around in cars and planes, I have to get to a place and tell someone something, then rush back 'here' and do this and that, and it's all a race against the clock. It's all finally coming together and working out, and I'm going to be the big hero...I'm almost there...almost done it....the moment of glory and adulation is almost upon me....but I always start to wake up just before it all resolves! Aaaargh! There's that wonderful half-asleep/half-awake state, where I'm almost aware that it's a dream but I'm still "in" it, and so I try and go back into it, to "get to the ending", but can never quite do it.

I dreamed I had a cat on my head. Then I woke up and found it was true and OH had taken a pic of it.

had a dream last night that i got mugged and they stole my phone , i then reported it and this was back in school so the guy who did it got expelled , his mates then sent me threats afterwards , it was quite strange.

I dreamt that my tab fell apart in my hands and then my house magically gained a extra bedroom. Also dreamed we had a pet squirrel that kept biting us.

Early this morning, I dreamt I was living in a house converted into several flats, & that someone had been found dead & decaying in the bath in one of the other flats. I was under the impression they had been murdered.

The morning before that, I dreamt I was a passenger in some vehicle going along a road. I was looking behind me, & some sort of hot-air balloon or airship was following down the line of the road, airborne but not far from the ground. There were ropes hanging from the vehicle, suspending what looked like a rowing boat, turned upside down, upon which a man was standing. As I watched, he fell off & landed face-down in the road. At first I thought he was dead (he was some distance away). As I watched, he got to his feet & started to stagger out of the road. I was glad I was not too close to him, as I suspected he must look a mess, having landed face down in the road from the height he did.

Yes, I am very susceptible to rather morbid dreams.

The good old teeth galling out dream. Have had it quite a few times, they just crumble out of my mouth it's completely horrifying!!

My friend has those dreams too, her mum told her it means you're sexually frustrated!!

had a dream last night that i got a new job in a office , boring but all i can remember.

That's more like a nightmare.

My old best friend keeps appearing in my dreams. I don't really know why.

I once had a dream that I had this little dog. Then it got really windy. Then I was looking round and saw this lion who could talk. I then saw a rusty tin with a face and legs.

Then up further there was a scarecrow that looked weird. Anyway, we all decided to have a singsong and dance. I looked down at my feet and had very red sparkly shoes. The road looked very yellow.

Anyway, we followed the yellow road and all sorts of weird things happened. Seen some weird things along the way. Thought I was going to die. Came to this big place and heard this thunderous voice. Frightened the life out of me.

Decided to investigate. My pals were very scared which made me even more frightened. The big voice got louder and louder. Then in this room where the voice seemed to come from I seen this big curtain. But, there was a pair of feet at the bottom.

I pulled the curtain open. There was this man speaking into this huge big loudspeaker.

I got really irked and had a right go at him for frightening everyone just because he had a loudspeaker whereupon he turned to jelly at being caught out. Then I realised, how easy it is to get frightened just because we don't understand what we are frightened of. But once it's all revealed, all the fear is suddenly gone.

I really enjoyed that dream in the end.

Was dozing this morning and dreamt that I was sitting in the vet surgery. They brought out a cat in a carrier that is a neighbourhood cat IRL, but I was apparently the owner in this dream. Then the police turned up and the vet said I was to be arrested for what I'd done to this poor cat.

I still don't know what the hell I was being accused of!

I had a dream a few weeks ago that I was up in a tree house and I was watching another tree that had a horse up in it.

Last night I was robbing a bank, a totally confused dream as usual where the theft involved a con where I moved something valuable from the bank and placed it in another room without them knowing, but a man in a delivery vehicle did off with it.

A couple of months ago my brother was in an old mansion and he had a hold of a lion cub next to a little door and the cubs mother was attacking his head and I was telling him to let go of the cub.

I don't know if part of me regrets cutting the ties with my old best mate. She was a pretty rubbish friend to me so I don't particularly feel like I made a bad decision there.

Mine was a nightmare where I got raped by this guy I know!! It was terrible and even worse every time I've seen him since I've felt I can't help but be very off with him, even though he would never do something like that in real life!! It was so vivid I just remember it whenever I see him

Oh that's a horrible dream to have Hopefully it'll die away soon and you feel more at ease.



I don't regret cutting ties - they're a self centered eejit and completely draining, but brains do funny things to us in our sleep! I think I'll stop and pet the cat next time we meet. She spoils for a fight though if she's in a bad mood and even stalks big dogs and beats them up!

similar thing happened last night..i was dreaming about werewolves and i was scared, so put my bedside lamp on, kept it on so that the werewolf would go, as they don't like the light.. .I did turn the lamp off ages later, but it was surreal i thought it was in the bedroom..i was scared ( i not watched any horrors nor werewolf films for ages ( but i did tape The Howling when it was on tv recently Lol )

I have very vivid dreams. Last night I dreamed I'd been hired as a DJ for someone's wedding. I got there early and discovered the groom wanted me to play all 80s music and I didn't have any, so I had about an hour to frantically go shopping for 80s music CDs. Then I realised I didn't have any CD players, so I found some old second hand shop that sold audio equipment, but all he had was a DAT machine. I started beating the poor guy with the DAT machine screaming that it was useless to me and then I woke up. Dreams are weird.

Had a dream last night that I had befriended some old Carnies that were visiting the island. They drove round in a tiny little pink ice cream van (like the size of a shopping trolley). They invited me in and it was like the Tardis. They had a clay oven and it was full of pies.

Then I woke up.

I dreamt this morning that I'd been at an art evening class at my local university, that ended just after midnight. There was a fridge in the classroom, and at the end of the class I got from the fridge a massive tray of ice cream several inches deep, about two-and-a-half feet long, and about one-and-a-half feet wide,which I'd stored in there. I was planning to take the ice cream home, and was walking through the grounds of the university at night, carrying it (I had no car), when I suddenly found it seemed to have shrunk to a tiny pot of ice cream. I thought I must have sufferednsome lost time, during which I was in a trance while my other tub of ice cream was taken and the little tub put in place.

I came down towards the university exit, and suddenly it was dawn, although it was just after midnight only minutes before, so it seemed to me. I was thinking (in the dream) how I was going to post about this experience on Digital Spy. For some reason I went back into the university building and ended up back where I had had the art class. I was in one art room, with another visible beyond, with just some low cupboards to divide them. The room l was in was light with the daytime sun and the wall clock said it was about twenty past nine in the morning-but the room beyond looked dark, and needed its ceiling lights on, and its wall clock said it was about two am! I then walked round the university building and saw that, though it was clearly morning everywhere else, that the clocks in nearby but different places all seemed to be ten or twenty minutes-out-of-sync with one another. I concluded I was in the middle of some sort of time warp.

In a separate dream, this morning, I dreamt I was locked in the steel dungeon of an evil mastermind, who wore black robes and a dark goatee beard. He was locked in there with me and no one else knew we were there and we had no phone or other means to contact anyone else. I was thinking we were going to end up trying to kill and eat each other, through starvation. I was very relieved to wake up from this one!

I had a dream last night, and when I woke up I realised that its one I have had before.

I am shopping and decide to walk through a market square, but I get lost in the market. Wherever I turn my way out is blocked and I keep walking past the same stalls time and time again.

I finally make my way out, and im stood in a street in the middle of London with large department stores all around me. I have no idea where I am and I don't know which street to walk up to get home.

I do know I feel a sense of panic during the dream
