I quite like Karen but thought she was being ridiculous!

Genuinely thought Mark was going to cry again. Karen appears to be the newest recipient of the vibrating knickers.

Out of curiosity, I just looked Mark up on Wikipedis. I'm mean I know, but this section made me laugh:

"In 2012, Wright presented and starred in a new ITV2 show titled Mark Wright's Hollywood Nights. The show ran from 10 June 2012 until 7 July 2012 and was later axed. Wright was due to co-present a new entertainment series with Melanie Sykes named My Man Can. After filming a pilot and the entire first series, ITV made the decision not to air the show on television.

On 26 February 2014, Wright fronted his own ITV2 reality show entitled Party Wright Around the World. The programme was axed two months later."

His presenting career has been a huge success, I see!

Looks like this is going to be the last ever series of Strictly

Baldrick levels of poetry there.

If a tree falls in an empty room with nobody to hear it, does it still go boom?

The Day That Strictly Died being caused by Mark Wright feels so anticlimatic somehow.

I like Scott and Joanne as people too. I like them enough that I was prepared to put up with his dodgy drunken Uncle wedding dancing.

Anyway, back to my grieving.....................!

He was probably terrified he would be against Judy and actually have a real chance, not just a Len have a lollipop for coming chance

I think we're safe as long as he doesn't actually present anything. Judging by Wikipedia, shows have survived having him as a guest, a contestant or in smaller roles. It's just when he's a main presenter that shows mysteriously can't be shown on tv. (I know it's Wikipedia but that one made me laugh. They recorded an entire series and then decided it was for the best not to air it on tv? That's got to be pretty bad.)

It would need a full ITT with James in full on FACT-EY rant mode at the very least to make it seem like something.

Clearly Camilla did not warn her that they should never be set to Maximum

Im just curious as to what Caroline has to do to get a decent dress from Wardrobe. Is it because she is a castoff from their arch rival the X Factor that they have decided to make an example of her! I feel kind of sorry for her!

Perhaps she has input .. wardrobe usually say that the celeb does have input and maybe she likes weird costumes? I'm unappreciating it though too .. she deserves a wow dress.

The fright wig made it even worse. Compared with Frankie who was given token green foundation but otherwise allowed to look gorgeous.

I was also comparing Kristina - slightly spooky and dark, but in a very attractive way - with Ola who seemed less than chuffed to be given hideous makeup.

I dunno about a wow dress. Any dress would be an improvement - she's had nothing but sacks so far.

I wasn't sure if Alison's cheery grin was meant to be lust or pleasure at seeing Heathcliff again!

Alison said a few weeks back that they don't find out their costume until fridays which gives limited scope for improvements. Years back, the designers used to sketch out ideas with the celebs for each dance before the series even started.

I unappreciate the way ALL Caroline's costumes seem to have been based on Big Bird out of the Muppets, putting her at a disadvantage against the other female ringahs.

Lord ... it's just like the song choices then .. all the worse for not letting the pro/celeb have input. I know Kimberley had a say in her costume designs .. and music .. Dani too.
