I think Carolines dress is very unflattering - her chesticles look huge in it

It's probably tptb payback for us moaning about the foxtrot heavy s6 final.

Considering that both Frankie and Simon prefer ballroom to Latin, it's a bit baffling that neither of them gets to dance an early ballroom to get their score up to 40 in the judges' round.

Still can't see any hip-action with that fringed lampshade dress.

and TTF and Frankie on first......anyone would think this is primed for them to win.

I know I'm supposed to unappreciate, but that percussionist playing during Can You Feel it sounded really good.

I'm like Natalie, I love a good ballroom. The people in this final and the dances chosen for it make me think that the Strictly producers have yet to realise that they won the battle with The X Factor a few years ago. They don't need to compete for the youth audience.

Wish they'd cut off the fringing.

There were places her legs didn't always straighten, but more consistent leg action than Frankie had.

Same quibbles as MDF in that it's a week 1 dance.

Now if Frankie got a 39, surely this is a 40

The Tess boobage is looking a tad strange.

If Steve dances with Anya in the big celeb-pro number it's going to make me wonder about what could have been. He already looks happier.

(paraphrasing)

Mark: That's 11 points more than last time.

Claudia: Thank you for that adding up.

I never did see the point of pearly king costumes.
Why all the pearly buttons?

Me too. I know he liked the Charleston, but I'd have preferred to watch one of his early ballroom dances again. Quickstep was pretty early on for him, wasn't it? I feel like it's been a while since we saw a good quickstep.

Bruno sounding like Chandler's "You are a strong, confident woman, you do not need cigarettes" tapes there.

Surely OurLeona is trolling Gregg with her glasses?

I'd forgotten Greg was even in this series until I saw him in the background just then!
