I thought perhaps soles of her shoes were sticking to the floor in places, though I get why she was wearing them.
I enjoyed it, but then I like the cool swing-style charlestons. My two faves are still Holly & Artem & Kara & Artem (waaaaaaah, I miss Artem )

I wasn't all that wowed by Anita's Charleston. I think she tried to get some swivel in, but it just didn't happen. The whole thing looked very messy.

I'm sure it's possible, but we don't really know exactly what her background is. How long has it been since she has danced at all? I think her Latin will get much better though; she has only been doing it for a few weeks.
I think Anita's swivel was missing because she was actually dancing a mix of Boogie Woogie and Swing with a few Charleston add ons. Poor old Len was confused. Remember his complaint about there 'not enough Charleston'. S'right Len. It wasn't one.

Helen never went to ballet school, but must have done ballet at some stage. She actually went to the Royal Academy, but she studied musical theatre and that does NOT involve ballet. I reckon the ballet bit was when she was younger - a kid in fact. It does stay with you.

And you're dead right - if Alijaz can sort out her knees she can do Latin. But he clearly hasn't bothered yet. I reckon she's a bit fragile and he's taking it one step at a time.

Yeah, I was expecting to like her but I'm getting a touch of the Emma Buntons from her
Well, they are acting/danceclass mates

And are they (both) going to sing every tune from now on........dreading the Waltz already

Wouldn't actually mind Anton winning at this point in time. Think that they might even win most dance-offs depending on the dances (except for the top 2 guys).

Think it is the only alternative to a boring Jay win (2011 and 2012 all over again). Right now, only Jay is a safe bet for the final.

Me too! Artem come back. dWTS You can have TTF instead and his wife too. And his sister. It's a good deal I am telling you!

(Though I still like Matt and Aliona's charleston because of the ridiculous aspect but the best overall I would say it was Sophie and Brenda, though he was positively weak in that dance.

Weren't they just? and thanks for warning, I would have posted it.
I don't think that anyone would've been worried if you had, just at some point last year the concencus was to not do so as it limits potential slip ups (of which I've been guilty of myself at least once ) & it's less annoying for those who are trying to remain spoiler free to not wade through loads of spoiler tags.

Of course, that doesn't stop the odd troll doing blatant thread title spoilers at least once a year

Oh GeorGINA. How could I have forgotten her already ?

I remember now - horrible chocolate sausage and no heel leads. Did she also do an epic fail of one of Goddess Nat's head roll things?

He needs to reach her technique too.

Someone needs to tell Kellie not to stand with her feet together & knees straight. Also can someone drag TTF out of the decade of twee.

Loved Harry (but not my most favourite celeb ever), I was bored beyond words with Louis and I like Jay (may love him if he progresses). Sure He hasn't got the most exciting personality on camera, but he seems quite wity so there is potential personality wise.

On the other hand, I couldn't warm up to Katie but loved her tango. So Who know? She may become my favourite!

She just seems very Kevin
This !

I think any chance she had has been destroyed by being paired with Kevin, who would fit perfectly into The "Young" Generation (no-one under 50 will get that reference but here's a YouTube clip to show you what I mean... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euh6sI_lW1s )

My daughter and I spent the whole of Kirsty and Brenda's dance trying to guess what it was. Neither of us guessed right.

Just rewatched P'duh dance for the second time (I know I am a masochist) and seriously talk about over mark! I think he is an excellent performer so he sells it, but his footwork was very clumpsy.

His footwork was borderline hilarious.

So true!

Thing about her is that she has a wonderful back, a neat little head and an adorable face.

Sadly, her legs and feet are dreadful, she looks like a zombie most of the time and she has about as much 'feeling' in her dance as a plastic dolly.

I do not think a single deep thought ever troubles that little brain. She's there, but she's not really. Knowotimeaninnit?

I would like her to pull up, feel the floor, stretch those legs, point those damn feet and switch ON. Perhaps a couple of Duracells in the chassis too?

Being adorable and an ACTress can often means that's enough for some. They never work on anything else.

It was the Drag A Dummy Across a Floor number. Like he always does.

Do you think DoD is hypnotising us through the telly At this rate he could be thread pet by next week!
He'll be thread pet before too long. Doesn't take himself too seriously and is strangely authentic for someone who sings such hideous bland music. Compare and contrast with Plastic Pe'duh. Just don't look directly into his eyes....

Except when he unexpectedly gets "lumbered" with someone who doesn't know the meaning of the word "Mannequin" (at least when applied to her). Then he does the Do I Really Have To Be Here She Scares Me And She's At Least A Size 10" number. Which is even more hilarious. If somewhat impolite.

Kirsty was so poor I was amazed she seemed to think a 5 was unfair, I thought it was generous if anything. We will have tears from her by the time it's all over.

D o'D is already vying with Carol to become my favourite duffer.

I am particularly not appreciating Jamelia and her diva-ish ways, I bet that really *was* her PA they filmed fulfilling all her diva-ish demands for the VT

Jamelia with her arms and legs all over the place and with THAT hair made me think of Raggetty from Rupert.

I think in his head he is James Dean.
