Best bit of the Claude 9 bit was Kellie elbowing her way from the back of the crowd to be front and centre in prime camera slot, sadly it takes a few moments for her to get her face into the required smile as it was obviously stuck in the sucked a lemon position for a few moments before.
You know it must be so annoying knowing yourself to be a huge ringer, even teaching dance, to go on a show, being with whom you beleive to be a popular pro, doing what what you thought was going to be the most crowd pleasing dance of the evening.......... And then somebody danced better, is more popular with the studio audience, gets better scores and judges comments and you have to look pleased about it whilst wearing 2 buns on your head and a dress designed to show off your bandy legs. Meow......... ![]() ![]() ![]() Nomination for post of the day

This is how I feel about Peter, too. Orange and cheesey, but mostly harmless (except under oath praps
). The judges have another male to rave about now, so hopefully they'll stop saying how brilliant his dancing is (which is what actually gets up my nose) and critique him properly. I was a bit alarmed discussing Strictly with friends last night that all seven thought he was 'a great dancer'. They're just civilians, so know nussing , but it's worrying they listen to the judges. Pfft.Unappreciating Anita being compared to Susannah - and maybe I see the media trained thing - but I can't unlike her after watching her WDYTYA episode. I think she's great. She's lovely, she's just very earnest & bossy, but as mentioned a few times, Gleb's quieter persona stops her getting to Susanna levels of annoying. She has the potential though. Honestly, I'd hate me & completely unappreciate myself if I was on Strictly, I talk a lot, giggle a lot, am clumsy, turn everything into a smutty innuendo & my pro would be utterly despairing after a week with me in the training room ![]() I would redeem myself by never pushing into shot on Claud 9 or anywhere else, by having Jeremy's attitude to dancing, in that I'm crap but I'm having a great time & would never take myself seriously or be competitive

I have images of them all coming into work having suffered quite serious but unexplained accidents. Jay with a big bandage around his head having had a mysterious light sabre fall on his head. Gleb in plaster casted leg after someone leaving ET's bike in the corridor outside his dressing room door, Aljaz with 2 black eyes after someone saw him get hit in the face by two flying buns that came out of nowhere

Then I'd watch it back, see I was a bit rubbish really and be signing self up for the comedy lobster costume

Back up alcohol is always a good idea, Twee Fwog & Titzilla haven't been on ITT yet this week
![]() Good idea then- better keep the stocks high. But I'm likely to be out when those two are on, so I can just fast forward their bit (and maybe watch Titzilla witter on silently at high speed...)

I would love to give it a go but have balance trouble (labyrinthitis). On attempting a fleckle a la Anton on.last night's ITT I nearly went right on my Jacksy in the kitchen. I can still manage basic jiggling about so long as I don't do any turning

![]() mwah 😗There were a couple of times on Saturday when P'Duh was shuffled off to one side on Claude 9 that there was almost a look of self awareness trying to break through the copious amounts of make up. It was like he'd looked round at everyone else, seen that even the alleged Komedy Kontestant doing a Charleston was almost in mufti, and the penny dropped slightly about what the PthatB had decided his role is. |

I am no fan of Peter Andre, but I can see he has pleasing enough features. Which made it all the more surprising to me that being made up to look like Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp- be still my beating heart) actually made him look very unattractive. Verging on ugly. How did that happen? I've seen distinctly unappealing men become significantly more attractive once they've taken on the famous hair, beard & eye-liner, but here...nope.

Objectively speaking- I can see it. Subjectively- meh.
Objectively, subjectively, Tom Hardy sat on his face I'm still not seeing it.

I think what happened is he's not a very tall man, indeed he's short, but they put him in a wig and beard for someone of average height, and it swamped him, plus OTT eyeliner and his whole face was covered, add to that his rather tiny legs with flapping boot-thingy going on, a shirt that seems to have been made for someone more of Jay's build, not his, and you end up with this mess.
) then I wonder if a few more shuffled round?

I was getting a little squirmy when they did their intense-looking-at-each-other thing to get into character before dancing (and my cringe threshold is set quite high!)

I wonder if someone else was supposed to be doing it? If Brendan and Kirsty had first dibs and snagged Iwan and Ola's (why!
