He did a dance on DWTS - one of the pro twiddly bits - when Kelly Clarkson sang Mr Know It All and I was lost

Was Iveta wearing Ola's tango dress from last week?

For me it was the dance he did when he walked past the judges and winked at Carrie-Ann - can't remember who his celeb was that year.

He's boyish, but he's masculine when he dances. And he's a sweetie. What's not to love?

I think you may have to fight some of us to be that sandwich filling, but otherwise welcome!

With Nancy Grace dancing a rumba during 80s week.

I'd had a bit of a crush on him anyway that series, but that moment sealed it for me

I think I might need to revise my opinion on him.

Apparently Jennifer and Tristan asked to wear pink for their routine because they knew it is the favourite colour of a little girl from Dublin who is undergoing treatment for cancer and who was in the audience tonight. It was Tristan who arranged for her to attend the show.

How lovely! that may partly explain the sense of genuine emotion I felt infused their dance.

I know what you mean! even though I'm very straight and my girl crushes are currently Claud and Nat (Darcy's new matronly hair do has made her relinquish that status)

Me too and look a lady who is not a twiglette dancing well with a costume that suits her.

There are experts who can achieve this miracle, wardrobe take note please

Just scrawling through this hilarious thread, and I love all the doll references. Most of which I had when little, the Tressie and Patch. And I had a Francie with bendy legs. Ah memories!
I also saw a post about Fenale Clifton (sorry cant remember her name) and her choreography. I feel a bit sorry for Scott because her choregraphy is awful so not only does he have two left feet he has a horrible routine to dance to.

I'm still baffled by the storylining for that tango. They're excited to be going out on a date. He tries to kiss her on the cheek, she gets angry so they stomp about a bit while Scott tries to do a duck-face selfie (he was also stomping in a manner that suggested he had soiled himself, this could explain why Joanne was bent away from him at a 90 degree angle). Then at the end, she decides she's going to give him a kiss after all, rendering the intervening stomping even more pointless.

I think judging by her choreography so far best not to try and delve into any storyline involving love life.

I think it bears repeating again, she is 30 and Scott is 40 all this teenage temper tantrum relationship angst is most bizarre.

I am just watching the results show,

Have wardrobe been given a job lot of coloured chiffon that they must use up before a sell by date. Poor Caroline and then poor lady pros ,each wearing at least a dozen yard hung directly from their neck.

I think they have conclusively proved that, that style looks good on no one

Oh Aliona is delighted and zero connection with Gregg! Not sure she looked at him once in the farewell dance, but she did look really happy.

I'm worried that they might be about to do an Isadora Duncan tribute dance

I think they are left over from Letitia Dean's series.

And that thing Ola was shoved into made her look like a poor man's Pocahontas.

I have been doing some ironing and I have had a sudden desire to name my ironing board Judy Murray.

I see that now the BBC have saved money on Bruce's wages they have spent a bit more on graphics, video wizardry and stuff to tart up the group dances.

Oh, and Claudia's Carmen Miranda hat.

I thought Claudia's hat was Karen's from last year (albeit missing a banana ).

Has there ever been a convincing Tango where the female dancer wore a baby pink dress with a ribbon tie waist - even before you get to the whole music issue?

Janette with her fluttery feet almost achieved that this week

I think War Drobe has had a new recruit this year - a 16 year old boy. He's been allowed full rein on some of the outfits. Unfortunately, War Drobe have realised the error of their ways at only the last minute, and all they could do for the sake of decency was to throw some curtains over Caroline and staple some glittery scraps over the offending areas on Ola and Iveta.
