But Louisa did really well in the Skeleton, her time was one of the fastest, just not as fast as the person she was up against. It was her jump that she was eliminated on. Shame.
Yes she did. But my point was that your weight gives you an advantage.
However it doesn't give you ability and skill, such as the ability to avoid getting clattered about on the walls of The Skeleton.

It's been spoken about before that when you are skiing down the slope of the jumps your weight definitely gives you a speed advantage when it comes to getting leverage off the end of the jump.
But again, it isn't going to provide you with technique if you haven't got any.

Yes, I was suggesting British athletes which Davina should really be saving her fawning for.

Cleary the worst time to record in the training heats is the second best, then you have to compete against the best skier in your head to head. And similarly the best time to record is the second worst - because then you compete against the worst.

In general, the best skiers should probably not be trying too hard in the training runs that they use to determine the pairings. I don't know if any of them have thought about that.

That's very interesting! I wonder if any of the contestants have worked that out. Probably not, but clearly a great tactic.

Sarah Harding's worked it out, she got to ski against Arg last week.

As a big Girls Aloud fan the only reason I'm watching this is because Sarah's in it.

In fact my username is in honour of her. Although sarahsaurus, although it sounds like a made up dinosaur name, is actually the name of a real dinosaur.

I would be tempted after getting drunk in that cold to lick her leg like some people do a lamp-post.

I'm surprised at you requiring alcohol to embak on such depravity
