The Jump 2016 line up >>>>> CBB 2016 Line up
Makes you think if Channel 4 still had CBB what higher calibre of celebrities the line up would consist of. Hope we can watch The Jump celebs in the house they will be living in throughout the week with the eliminations being weekly now. |

Weekly vote outs, hmmm, i think i preferred it being a short sharp two week series rather than being on once a week.

Nice group of guests. I knew all of them. Sid Owen has now competed in 3 out of the 4 big reality shows now. Still this group still has similarities with the musicians, the Olympic athletes, the Soap actresses and the Reality males.
It is interesting to see them go back to 12 from 16. Maybe it has something to do with the new scheduling changes this series. Does anybody know who the reserves are? I would imagine that Danny Jones and Michelle Keegan could be. |

Fantastic line up! Well, with the exception of those two reality TV stars, ugh. Hopefully, they're out first. I think Beth and Louisa have to be the favourites as both are competitive, petite and fearless, although Hazel was of a similar nature last year and was robbed - went for the big one and lost out to Joey doing the middle one. The rules need to change this year; if you go for a bigger jump than your competitor, then you automatically go through/win as long as you land it. Quote:

Where did you here that from? If they did it that way it would go on for months.
![]() I guess if weekly eliminations it will be two a week so it lasts six weeks? |

I think since there has been 8 episodes I can imagine it lasting around 2 months till around Easter. Liking the line up again this year no Z listers I think Beth should win and surely she should be the favourite to win

Quite a solid line-up.
I read that Tom Parker (The Wanted) and Gemma Merna (Hollyoaks) are the stand-in contestants this year. I'm happy. |

Nice one Channel 4, some celebs we have actually heard of.
Dean Cain must be thrilled with being back on TV after twenty years. And C4 should bring back The Games, that was great in the early 2000s. |

Been confirmed as a weekly show this year. I think this is a mistake as it worked well as a quick fire nightly show.

I'll watch the first episode, but as a weekly format I'm not sure it will hold everyone's interest.

Who indeed? Especially as he missed a gate in the slalom and should have been disqualified.

Davina Tweeted me back when I asked if it was down to a H&S reason.
She said no there's more live events making it more exciting |

It is starting to annoy me that EOTB and GS people aren't picked for the jump, C4 bosses have missed out on a trick there methinks. Geordie shore in zante got at best 1 and a quarter million viewers and C4 rejected people from it. Not good enough.

Yep, stretching it out week by week is not going to hold people's interest. It is not Indian Summers or Humans. Who cares what colour spandex Davina is sporting.
Wasn't The Games on every night over a two week burst, as I said, bring it back with Jamie Theakston. |

I thought it looked like Alicia Douvall in the advert. Is it not her?
