Amy Willerton - model (Miss World, I'm a celebrity and Katie Prices model show)
Caprice - model (celebrity big brother) Emma Parker Bowles - Motoring reporter Gareth Thomas - rugby player (Celebrity Big Brother? dancing on ice) Jade Jones - Martial Arts Olympian Jason Robinson - Rugby player Jake Quickenden - Singer (X factor, I'm a celebrity) Josie Gibson - Big Brother winner Louis Smith - Gymnast (Strictly, Tumble) Lydia Bright - TOWIE Mark Dolan - Comedian Robbie Fowler - footballer Spencer Matthews - Made In Chelsea (the bachelor, I'm a celeb) Vogue Williams - Model (Bear Grylls show) Surprised Jade Jones is doing a reality show again though, Strictly basically knackered her career and this is far more dangerous but I guess she must be thinking about retiring soon then? Louis Smith is a good signing as are most of the sportspeople. They do seem to fall into Sportspeople or modelly posh types who probably can already Ski. Maybe they are hoping that this will mean less injuries this year? Edit: Duh, I got her confused with Jade Johnson :P What an idiot- Even more impressive signing though with a current Gold Medalist in there |

Given all the past injuries I'm astonished this show is still broadcast. Surely there would be reasonable medical grounds for The Jump to be axed?! According to stuff online the last series was a ratings flop too so it's not as if people are desperate to see more it!

And I recall that Channel 4 cancelled The Games a decade ago for the same reason and the injuries were no way as serious. Total mystery why this is still on our screens, Davina McCall must be jacking off someone big at Channel 4. |

Some competitive people there - hopefully the casualty list won't be as long as last years. The safety procedures this year must be immense.

Is Bradley Wiggins seriously taking part in this? Why would he do this - he can't need the money and I assume he still wants to compete in the cycling world (albeit not at Olympic level anymore)?

In the interview on the BBC site Sir Wiggo says he has a passion for ski-ing........ and I'm guessing that his contracts for cycling teams made it difficult for him to do any ski-ing or any other dangerous activity
I've never watched this show before but it's quite an interesting line up with several competitive sports people who might take it seriously Is Alex Brooker still involved ? might give it a go this year depending on when it's on |

Kadeena Cox has had her funding suspended for the duration of her appearance on the show.
It will not be reinstated until she resumes training,so she better not get injured |
