100% no more Carter for the time being

Would love if both Michelle and Grant come back, Grant is a possibility, Michelle I think is very unlikely.

Rainie and Nick that could be a explosive combination, I don't think we've ever actually seen Nick in a relationship.

I'd bring back Zainab and possibly Tanya, but keep her the hell away from Max.”

Zainab needs to come back, the Masoods need her.

Tanya...I like her but they can never keep her away from Max which is the problem, be back in around about again with them two.

I really think Grant should be first in line as a possible return and then axe a few others like Dexter/Fatboy/Tosh etc as the cast needs a bit of trimming

You're probably right there. Which is a shame imo, I like Tanya a lot more than Max.

Max is annoying with all his bed hopping, but I sort of like him when his not OTT.

Tanya I envision will be back at some point, she has lots of connections to the square still, I think it's inevitable Jo Joyner will make a appearance.

I'd have Sharon tie Phil to a train track while dramatic piano music plays in the background. Shirley comes to save him on a white horse.

TPTB would make sure the train crumpled like cardboard on impact with the Philth.

Anyway I would make my mark in the easiest way possible - have Philth lose everything after a feud (to a bloke) and end up as an alcoholic tramp that stray dogs piss on every night.

Then after a few years of this he could die all alone in the gutter freezing to death.

Simple.

I would be brave and axe one of the seemingly bigname untouchables whos character isnt progressing or adding much in value to the show.Eg Max,Alfie .

The Slater Fire should kill one of them in my view Alfie & Mo or both of them, why doesn't DTC do this? Alfie & Mo have nothing left to give the audience as characters.

What would you do in terms of Characters?

The following characters would be axed and this is how they would leave

Dexter- Moves to Newcastle
FatBoy- Moves to Hemel and reunites with Poppy
Lee- Returns to the Army
Kim- Prefers life on the open sea
Billy- Goes to Prison for the Murder of Lucy Beale
Alfie - Dies in a Gas Explosion
Mo- Dies in a Gas Explosion
Donna- Disappears, never to be seen again
Abi- Moves to Liverpool, breaks up with Jay (Abi will be a part time character, returning in the holidays)
Tamwar- Moves to Birmingham, decides to be nearer to Christian and Syed.

New/Return Characters

Kelvin Carpenter
Cassie Carpenter
Christopher Carpenter

Kelvin Carpenter returns to Walford after meeting old friends Sharon and Ian at School reunion. Kelvin is now a successful entrepreneur and buys the old R & R which was gutted in a Gas explosion that killed Alfie and Mo. Kelvin will turn the R & R into a Ad Agency he also has two teenage children, a daughter called Cassie who is 18 and a budding artist and a son called Christopher who is 15, Kelvin has been a widower for four years and buys a house on the Square. Kelvin will come into conflict with Ian when he starts to date Denise despite the fact that Ian has reunited with ex wife Jane.

Ada Fox

Ada Fox arrives in Walford to build bridges with her long lost daughter Denise. Ada has been estranged from Denise for many years after she sided with her eldest daughter Daphne in a family argument. Ada will prove to be a god send for Denise however when she agrees to buy the B & B off her youngest daughter Kim and once Denise sells the Minute Mart she co-owns the B & B with Ada.

Vicki Fowler

Following Alfie's death Vicki makes her way back to Walford after Spencer tells her that their relationship is over. Vicki will be reunited with half sister Sharon and Vicki agrees to co run the Albert with her.

Paul Coker

Les and Pam's Grandson arrives in Walford, Paul is a sensitive nomad who having lost his Parents wanted to see the world, now he is back in London and wants to reconnect with his GrandParents Les & Pam, Paul is interested in writing and snaps up a job at Kelvin's agency.

Zoe Slater

Following Alfie and Mo's deaths Kat reaches rock bottom but a visit from daughter Zoe makes Zoe realises that Kat needs her and Zoe moves back to Walford but there is conflict ahead for Zoe with Sharon as Sharon stills harbours anger with Zoe over Den's death.

Rob Cross

Cora's adult nephew arrives in Walford, Rob is a bad boy who likes both the Girls and the Boys but has always loved his 'Aunt Cora', Rob knows how to wheel and deal and tells Ronnie MItchell to give the gym a major makeover.”

I would cast Fraser James as Kelvin if Paul J Medford refused to return.

I really think the Fox/Truemans should be built up as Denise & Patrick are great and Ada & Daphne would be perfect to build that family unit back up again.

I would keep Tamwar, Kim an Billy. I love them all.

Would to like to see Ada Fox introduced. And Paul Coker.

On one hand I think it is good to keep one foot slightly in the past but the show needs to move forward and make new history rather than just focusing on the past.
