I think America just wasn't ready for a man in drag. This is a family show on CBS, you know?

What a horrible twist. I bet it only takes 1 person to press it for it to happen and of course the nominees will press it.

Frankie yelling not to press it. He won't be saying that when he's nominated and finds out it resets him

I didn't agree with the booing at all. What exactly did Christine do wrong? She's certainly ain't no Aaryn.

This show is starting to go the way of BBUK.

I'm glad Christine got booed. For the stuff with Cody (he should get booed too) and her trash-talking, particularly about Donny.

The cackling. Bitching. Ruining her game for the guys. Backstabbing her friend. Flirting with Cody. All on the feeds. I am sure we will get a supercut. She definitely deserved the boo's.

I'm still booing Christine, in case you're wondering.

Not Victoria, she is awesome. <333

The feminist in me does hope Cody gets booed if evicted. He deserves some blame for the cheating etc.

Wow, you're so right - she really did deserve the boos! CACKLING? I can't believe they didn't eject her immediately

Trash talking? Bitching? Having bad game play? So these reasons deserve boos? Why has everyone else in the history of the show got away with it, then?

What's your interpretation of trash talking? From what I've seen of Christine/read on the updates, it's always game related. "X is so disgusting! I hate X so much!" - such things are just standard Big Brother game play. It's a way of saying "X is my target" without actually saying it. It's one of my pet peeves of this game - the way they dance around things and disguise things by continually 'trash talking' instead of just saying what they actually mean, but whatever - they all do it. Christine is not the first to do it and certainly won't be the last. As for her targeting Donny? So now the houseguests can never target/trash talk the favourite(s) any more? Wow, it really is becoming BBUK.

Bitching - they all do it, I won't even entertain that excuse.

Having bad game play? I agree that her game was awful, but that doesn't mean she deserves to be booed for it. Nobody else has in the history of the show.

As for the Cody situation - it's none of our business. Her husband admitted on the show during that family segment that they agreed that she could flirt/do what she had to do. Moments later, he went onto say that she had disrespected him. Clearly, it was a miscommunication. Christine even said in the DR during Zingbot week that she was "doing what she had to do to win" - almost the exact same words Tim used when he said he had had that talk with her. Either way, it's their business.

There was a screenshot of her touching Derrick's leg going around yesterday afternoon, so clearly that's part of her game/who she is rather than her touchy-feely stuff being exclusive to Cody. Unlike, for example, Jon and Neda... where were their boos?

To be honest, these two posts prove that she didn't deserve the boos at all.

Don't get me wrong, I'm no Christine fan, I just dislike the direction this show is heading. I thought the booing last series would be a one off with all the racism/personal stuff (Aaryn and Amanda deserved it), but now it's been carried through to this series and someone who's simply played the game has been booed, it doesn't look good for the future of the show...

There was one guy in the audience who had the loudest boo, was so funny LOL

It really has to be the worst series of Big Brother there has ever been in any format. The twists are so mind numblingly dumb it's beyond me how the person suggesting them doesn't get laughed out of the room. Even BBUK 4, as boring as it was, had it's good moments.

It's funny that just a while back I was told by someone here that I was wrong about it being a weak season as the viewing figures were good.

A one question HoH, what a farce this season is.

I wonder if this season is a record for unanimous votes. There's something seriously wrong with the gameplay on the US style BB anyway. They need to get more cut-throat gameplayers in like Survivor does.

I can do without the booing, unfortunately in Britain many of the audience have just got used to it over the years, but really BB is more enjoyable without all the silly childish pantomime crowd. It would be nice to see some of those people go in the house and find what it is like to be on the other end of all that.

I think we can all guess the Jeff/Jordan news. Yawn.

I completely disagree. She was just a horrible woman and a bad gameplayer. We have had to put up with this vile alliance for 10 weeks and even the viewing TV audience are sick of it. People going onto this show cannot say these comments about Jocasta being a bitch / Donny being a creep / Zach being homophobic etc and expect to walk out to warm receptions.. I hope all the detonators get this response as they turned this season into one of the worst ever.

All the booing and hissing you get on any BB isn't a serious response at all, it's just like a child's response at a pantomime. If anything it even shows that people liked it to an extent as it gave them someone to hate on in a kind of good v evil battle as they see it. If you found someone truly abhorrent then you wouldn't even watch it.

Agree. However @Reserved does make a good point. Aaryn deserved a way worse reception. I think many past HG have been more nasty than Christine but CBS have usually made the audience clap for the evicted HG. I remember reading that the audience wanted to boo Kalia but they where told no. I honestly think with Aaryn getting Boo's despite being told not too and seeing everyone discuss her eviction and the press it got CBS don't care about the receptions anymore. As long as it does not interfere with voting etc.

I actually hope Frankie gets zero response. That is much harsher than boos cause it gives him attention. Just silence as he walks out the door

This season has got so bad I am actually looking forward to seeing Jeff and Jordan again.

One of the strangest things on any BB is when someone leaves a house and there's no audience there, it feels like a kind of punishment as nearly everyone who goes on BB wants an audience.

The crowd wanted to boo all The Friendship at the BB6 finale, including winner and runner-up Maggie and Ivette, but were told by production to applaud. Although I think they booed Eric at one point if I remember correctly.

I'm sure there have been other times when they've wanted to boo but usually production tell them not too. I think Christine's boos were in part because of her behaviour on the show but also a lot is to do with frustration at this season as a whole, even the casual viewers are annoyed with the predictability and lack of moves, and booing is one way to show your displeasure.

With everyone talking about it I would not be surprised if CBS ramps up the evil Frankie edit to make sure the viewers tune in on Wednesday for another boo reception.

There is no way CBS will give their pet a bad edit. They love him. I wouldn't be surprised if they told the audience not to boo when he leaves.

I'm inclined to somewhat agree, but apparently the audience last night were given permission to boo houseguests if they wanted too, and there was obviously a good chance that Frankie could have been the one to go in the DE, so I don't think they are totally against a negative response to him.
